Ceiba Intercontinental holds its 2025 Agency Forum, prioritizing teamwork for sustainable growth

The Ceiba Intercontinental Agency Forum was recently held under the chairmanship of the company’s Commercial Directors.

Ceiba Intercontinental held its 2025 Agency Forum in Bata, an annual meeting aimed at strengthening collaboration with partner agencies and reviewing commercial strategies planned for the coming year. The event was chaired by the company’s Commercial Directors, Jimmy MUSONI and Nicomedes Ndong Obiang, who shared the airline’s strategic vision and its commitment to continuously improving customer service.

The Directors were joined by members of their team: Maribel Avoro Obama Mangue, Head of Marketing, who acted as master of ceremonies; Adji Sala Sene, Head of Production; Dina Okomo, Head of Sales and Bata Delegation; César Jonathan Mitogo, Ceiba’s Continental Region Delegate; Nicanora Sepa, Head of the Bata Agency; and Jesús Rosales Ncogo, Commercial Manager in Mongomo.

During the session, key topics were addressed, including route optimization, new connection opportunities, technological innovation in sales processes, and planned improvements to the passenger experience. The Deputy Commercial Director highlighted the importance of joint work between the airline and its partner agencies to consolidate Ceiba Intercontinental’s sustainable growth.

The forum also served as an open dialogue space, allowing representatives from the various agencies to present their proposals, concerns, and expectations for 2026. The company reaffirmed its willingness to continue promoting initiatives that strengthen the sales network and increase competitiveness in the markets where it operates.

Through its Deputy Commercial Director, Ceiba Intercontinental thanked all agencies for their active participation and reiterated its commitment to working together to offer quality services and expand the country’s air connectivity.
